The two makes eye contact,Yusuke smirks at her and Keiko blushes.Yusuke kisses Keiko and the surprised Keiko just can't help but kiss back and Yusuke pins down Keiko on the bed.Keiko blushes in pure crimson "Y-yusuke.?" and Yusuke answers "Hm?" "Missed you too Keiko." said Yusuke, giving Keiko a hug while keiko hugs back, "I'm just so happy to talk to you again.I was worrying about you all the time and I'm just really happy to see you" Keiko replies "Anyways, you became really cuter with that long hair of yours" Yusuke compliments Yusuke laughs and rubs his cheek "That slap became stronger. "Nope." Yusuke replies and he adds "That kiss was really good y'know.better than your panties." and he smirks,Keiko slaps him hard while blushing "Don't make me remind of those pantie moments!" "I also remember those times when you protected me from those demons." Keiko smiled and Yusuke smiled back "Yeah." "Yeah. When we were 14 and when i wasn't a spirit detective yet,we still had the same height" Yusuke replied, with a slight chuckle Still, the moment is still quiet until Keiko started to talk Keiko came with Yusuke in his house,he opened the door and the rooms were solemn and dim.Yusuke opened the lights in the kitchen to light their way and go to the bedroom Yusuke and Keiko were the only one left outside, talking while walking back home Wish people would keep that in mind a little more, y’know. After the kiss died by the blossoms, they came home peacefully. And I bet we’d react almost exactly like she does in her shoes, as underpowered people walking alongside giants. She doesn’t deserve it.Įveryone reading or watching YYH would be Keiko, BTW, if they were in the YYH world. My Hot Take: She’s a regular human girl caught up in dangerous supernatural bullshit and she reacts logically to the situation in which she’s found herself embroiled-and nothing about being normal makes you worthy of hate and bashing. And if you don’t think she’s well-developed, that’s fair (Togashi himself called her a cliche), but we should maybe think about blaming Togashi for poorly writing his only normal female character instead of bashing the character herself for stuff outside her control. She’s the only “normal” one of the main bunch, and people pick on her for it even though that’s not her fault. Keiko is the only person in the main cast without powers. Read into that how you will, but people act as if her lack of supernatural powers is somehow a deficit to her moral character. People also say they hate her because she’s a damsel who needs rescuing ( conveniently forgetting Kuwabara ends up needing more rescuing over the course of the series than she does but ooooooh-kaaaay), which is a type of reaction it seems only female characters get when they need rescuing ( cough cough no one says that about Kuwabara cough). Apparently daring to vocally care about the well-being of her childhood friend makes her a horrible shrill wet-blanket harpy, and thus, people like to hate her. She holds Yusuke responsible for his actions and doesn’t want him risking his life fighting literal demons. Anonymous said: People generally hate Keiko? Why?
